Hands-on Cooking Class – March 6th 10 am – 2 pm

Marguerite’s lamb steak with lavender herbes de provence
Steak de l’agneau à la lavande de Marguerite
Potatoes confit with goat cheese and herbes de provence
Pommes de terre confit au fromage de chèvre et aux aromates

An apron awaits you!

Culinary classes are held in the Provençal-style home of Patrice & Karen Gros in Eureka Springs.
Class size limited to 10. Class duration is 4 hours. Recipes provided.
Class fee $40. Reservation & advance payment required.
