10 week class series held on Tuesdays from 3:30pm to 5pm at Flora Roja (previously North Star Cafe) at 116 Wall Street in Eureka Springs.

The workshops are educational events targeted for gardeners and commercial farmers wanting to expand on their current practices. The fee is $10 per class or $75 for all 10 classes (payable in advance).
