Hands-on Cooking Class – Feb 12th 10 am – 2 pm

Together we will cook, present ….

Individual chicken pot pie with homemade herbed crust
Ragoût de poulet et des légumes aux pâte brisée arômé
Vacherin ~ French meringue with fresh berries, red raspberry sauce & whipped cream
Meringue français à la framboise et à la chantilly

An apron awaits you!

Culinary classes are held in the Provençal-style home of Patrice & Karen Gros in Eureka Springs.
Class size limited to 10. Class duration is 4 hours. Recipes provided.
Class fee $40. Reservation & advance payment required.
