Introductory and Beyond… Hypnosis

Sat, Sept. 18th 1 pm-4 pm.

Class in two parts, attend 1 or both, Love Offering

Part I- Introduction to Hypnosis 1 p.m – 2:30 p.m. (approx.)

Info regarding hypnosis, hypnotism, suggestion; experience three types of induction and suggestion. Bring: yoga mat, support for head and knees, journal for personal notes

Part II – Beyond Hypnosis (as we know it) 2:30-4 p.m.

New info about levels of consciousness identified and mapped out at HemiSync, a brain research program. A trance session of approx. 20 min. will be part of this session to help you absorb and incorporate this new information.
